• WHILE YOU LISTEN：The core language, extended language and vocabulary of the unit is practiced in longer listening activities that encourage students to listen for and identify different kinds of information.
• AFTER YOU LISTEN：This integrates the language of the unit with speaking and writing with an emphasis on students personalizing the language and communicating with others.
• CAN DO：Statements are shown at the beginning of each unit to show the key learning targets. At the end o each unit, students can assess how well they have achieved the targets.
