● 摘要:
This workshop will focus on how to build a skills-based general English class, using a textbook as a solid foundation. As teachers, we all have a curriculum to follow and goals to meet, but who says we can’t weave other resources into the material, such as communicative games and online videos? We are going to see how to build motivational and truly fun lessons which engage students in the material that must be acquired, such as grammar, vocabulary, and the four skills of English. Plus, interesting ideas for web-based homework assignments will be explored to round-out this complete and practical hour.

Mrs. Beck has also published a series of three composition text books for high school and university pupils in Asia.
