In today’s modern workplace, the line between business and social relationships becomes less and less obvious. To adequately prepare for a successful career in the future, students will need to be able to navigate job roles which blend both formal and friendly situations. Using materials from First Steps to Your Career, a brand new series from National Geographic Learning, this workshop will introduce a variety of activities to practice the language of ‘business’ in the traditional sense, as well as language for everyday interactions.
