2011ETA 東華演講第1場
講題: Developing Skills for Life
日期/時間: 2011.11.11 (五) 下午3:30~4:30
地點: 334教室
講者: Clyde Fowle
內容摘要:
Increasingly we hear the need for the development of transferrable skills for individuals to be successful in modern society, but how can we help equip our students to survive in the big wide world?
One way to do this is to teach ‘life skills’ such as: information gathering and research; self-direction and independent learning; collaboration and team work; as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This session will look at ways in which we can integrate the development of life skills into our language teaching. The session will draw on ideas and examples from the Mind series by Macmillan.

I’d like to know the spot for me to join in the session, such as the building and the name of the university.
